Comparison review
The Galaxy A50 is slightly better than the Galaxy XCover Pro, getting a score of 83.8 against 81. Galaxy A50 is an older cellphone than Galaxy XCover Pro, but Samsung could make it noticeably lighter and incredibly thinner anyway. The Samsung Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy XCover Pro both feature incredibly similar processors, they have a 4 GB RAM and 8 CPU cores.
Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro features a display that is very similar to the screen in Galaxy A50, because although the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit higher pixels density. Galaxy A50 features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A50 also has more internal storage capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A50 features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same aperture, the same 1920x1080 video definition and a same resolution back-facing camera, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
Galaxy XCover Pro features a bit longer battery performance than Galaxy A50, because it has a 4050mAh battery size.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, Samsung Galaxy A50 is also a lot cheaper.
