Comparison review
The Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a general score of 92.3, which is much better than the Galaxy A50's 83.8 overall score. The Galaxy Z Flip 5G design is newer and just a little thinner, but just a little heavier than Galaxy A50. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G also has more RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a bit sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because it has a little bit greater screen pixel density, a quite bigger screen and a quite better 1080 x 2636 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a camera with a much lower 12 mega pixels resolution and a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and/or video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a larger sensor shooting higher quality pictures and videos and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
The Galaxy A50 has slightly more storage for games and applications than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy A50 counts with superior battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A50. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy A50, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
