Comparison review
The Xperia 1 II is just a bit better than the Galaxy A50, getting a 91 score against 83.8. Xperia 1 II's construction is newer than Galaxy A50's, but it is a little thicker and a little bit heavier. The Xperia 1 II has a much better display than Galaxy A50, because it has way more pixels per inch in the screen, a little larger screen and a way better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The Xperia 1 II features much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy A50, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1000 GB and more internal memory. The Xperia 1 II counts with a little better performance than Galaxy A50, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia 1 II captures a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a way lower resolution back-facing camera, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Sony Xperia 1 II also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition and a much larger back camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
The Sony Xperia 1 II features a battery lifetime that is just as good as the battery lifetime in Samsung Galaxy A50.
