The Xperia 5 III has a general score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A50's 83.8 score. The Xperia 5 III body is a lot newer, but just a little thicker and just a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy A50. Sony Xperia 5 III has a little bit better processing power than Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Sony Xperia 5 III also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
