Comparison review
Galaxy A50 is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9, having a general score of 83.8 against 83.2. Galaxy A50's body has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 9, but it's a little bit lighter. Xiaomi Mi 9 has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A50, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A50. They have the same 1080 x 2340px resolution, the same amount of pixels per inch in the screen and a display of the same size. Xiaomi Mi 9 captures better photographs and videos than Galaxy A50, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution back camera and a way bigger sensor which offers a way higher image and video quality.
The Galaxy A50 has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 9, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A50 also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy A50 has longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
