Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A50 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, with an 83.8 score against 78.2. Samsung Galaxy A50 is an older cellphone than the Xiaomi Poco M3, but Samsung was able to make it somewhat lighter and way thinner anyway. Samsung Galaxy A50 has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Poco M3. Both have 8 cores and the same RAM memory amount.
Galaxy A50 has just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a little greater pixel count in each inch in the screen. The Samsung Galaxy A50 has a very superior memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Samsung Galaxy A50 also has 128 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Poco M3 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for taking images in low-light environments, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a camera in the back with way more MP and a lot bigger camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a way better battery life than Galaxy A50, because it has a 50 percent bigger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A50 is more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
