Galaxy A51 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 20, getting an 85.5 score against 79.5. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy A51 has 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Galaxy A51 is a newer cellphone, and it's also just a little lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Huawei Mate 20.
Huawei Mate 20 counts with a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A51, although it has a little bit lower pixel density and a quite lower 1080 x 2244px resolution, they both have a same size display. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A51. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount.
Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 captures much clearer photographs and videos than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for low light photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a larger sensor which gives a higher image and video quality and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.

Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy A51 is also a lot cheaper, which makes it a no doubt choice.
