The Huawei Mate X is slightly better than the Galaxy A51, getting an 89.4 score against 85.5. The Huawei Mate X is a noticeably thicker and extremely heavier phone than Galaxy A51. These phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A51 has Android 11 version, providing you lots of additional features.
Huawei Mate X has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei Mate X has a little more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a little greater pixel number per inch in the screen, a larger screen and a lot higher 2200 x 2480 resolution.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy A51, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy A51 takes way better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a smaller camera sensor capturing worse quality videos and pictures and a tinier camera aperture, it also counts with a camera with a higher 48 mega-pixels resolution.
Huawei Mate X features a little better battery duration than Galaxy A51, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A51. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A51, letting go some features and specs.
