Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A51 has a more recent 11 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy A51 body is way newer and somewhat thinner, but somewhat heavier than the LG G3.

The LG G3 has a way better looking screen than Galaxy A51, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel number in each inch in the screen and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Galaxy A51 features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG G3, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB.

LG G3 has a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A51, because although it has less RAM and an inferior number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a way better camera than LG G3, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels, a bigger aperture to take better images in poorly lited situations and a much bigger camera sensor taking way better quality pictures and videos.

The Galaxy A51 counts with superior battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 33 percent more battery capacity.

The Galaxy A51 is a lot more expensive than the LG G3, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
