Comparison review

The Galaxy A51 is slightly better than the LG G8X ThinQ, having a score of 85.5 against 82.7. The Galaxy A51 is a somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner phone than the LG G8X ThinQ, although both were released with only a few months difference. These phones come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A51 has 11 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10.

The LG G8X ThinQ has a little faster CPU than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM. LG G8X ThinQ has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A51, although it has a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, a bit worse 1080 x 2340px resolution and a bit smaller display.

Galaxy A51 has a much better camera than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rates and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for shooting photos in low light environments, and they both have the same video definition, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a much higher resolution camera and a way larger sensor providing a way higher image quality.

The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy A51, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG G8X ThinQ's battery duration is just as good as Galaxy A51's battery performance.

Although Galaxy A51 is a better device, it is more expensive than the LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G8X ThinQ. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy A51, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G8X ThinQ, giving up a couple features and specifications.
