Comparison review

The Motorola edge has a general score of 89.6, which is just a bit better than Galaxy A51's score of 85.5. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but Motorola edge has 10 version while Galaxy A51 has Android 11. The Motorola edge is an a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than Galaxy A51.

Samsung Galaxy A51 has a bit better looking screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a quite higher pixel amount in each inch in the display. Motorola edge has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 cores, the Motorola edge also has more RAM memory.

Motorola edge has a much bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A51, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola edge takes clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola edge also has a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution, a bigger camera aperture and a bigger back camera sensor which provides a higher image and video quality.

The Motorola edge has a little better battery performance than Galaxy A51, because it has a 13% bigger battery size.

Although Motorola edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A51. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Motorola edge, otherwise you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy A51, giving up some specifications.
