Samsung Galaxy A51 is better than the Galaxy A20s, getting a general score of 85.5 against 77. Samsung Galaxy A51 is a a bit lighter cellphone than Galaxy A20s, but they are equally thin. Both phones in this review have the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that.
Galaxy A51 counts with a more vivid screen than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Galaxy A51 also has a lot better number of pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Galaxy A51 features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy A20s. Both of them have 8 processing cores and the same RAM amount.
The Galaxy A51 features a very superior storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB, the Galaxy A51 also has more internal memory. Galaxy A51 counts with a greater camera than Galaxy A20s, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for capturing images or videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels, a lot better (4K) video definition and a lot larger sensor.
Galaxy A20s counts with a battery performance that is just as good as the battery duration in Samsung Galaxy A51.
