Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy A51's 85.5 score. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS, so both should provide you the same OS features. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A71 and the Galaxy A51 were released only a couple of months apart, Samsung Galaxy A71's construction is a little bit heavier but also a bit thinner.
Samsung Galaxy A71's processing unit is just as good as Galaxy A51's CPU, and although the Samsung Galaxy A71 has more RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores. The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2400, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy A71 has as much storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as Galaxy A51, both of them have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB and the same internal storage capacity. Galaxy A71 features a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a camera with way more MP, a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture.
Although Samsung Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy A51. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A71, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy A51, letting go some specifications.
