Comparison review
The Galaxy A51 has a general score of 85.5, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy M12's 80 general score. Galaxy A51's body is thinner and lighter than Samsung Galaxy M12, although it was released around 15 months before. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but Galaxy A51 has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M12 has Android 10, counting with some extra features and optimized performance.
Galaxy A51 features a little bit better performance than Galaxy M12. Both have 8 processing cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. The Galaxy A51 has a much better screen than Galaxy M12, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy A51 also has a way better resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a greater pixel density.
The Galaxy A51 features a slightly better memory for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy M12, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB against 1 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy A51 has a much better camera than Galaxy M12, and although they both have the same aperture and a 48 MP back camera, the Galaxy A51 also has a much better video resolution.
Samsung Galaxy M12 has a much better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
