Samsung Galaxy A51 is slightly better than Galaxy M20, with an 85.5 score against 78.9. Samsung Galaxy A51 is a newer phone, and it's also a little lighter and somewhat thinner than the Galaxy M20. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A51 has 11 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10, so it provides you some nice extra features and some performance improvements.
