Comparison review
Galaxy A51 has an overall score of 85.5, which is slightly better than Galaxy M40's global score of 85. Both devices in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the Galaxy A51 has 11 version while Galaxy M40 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a couple additional features. The Galaxy A51 construction has the same thickness than Galaxy M40, but it's just a bit heavier.
Samsung Galaxy M40 and Samsung Galaxy A51 count with really similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy M40 has a little smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a little better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with just a bit better processing power than Galaxy M40, although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 processing cores.
Galaxy A51 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a way larger camera sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality and a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera.
Galaxy M40's storage to store more apps and games is very similar to Galaxy A51's one, both of them have exactly the same internal memory and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy M40, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
