The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is better than Galaxy A51, getting a score of 98.9 against 85.5. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 8 GB more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra captures much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a way larger camera sensor capturing much better quality pictures, a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a camera in the back with a way higher 108 mega pixels resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy A51. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Samsung Galaxy A51, resigning some specs and features.
