The Galaxy A51 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note8, having an 85.5 score against 83. The Galaxy A51 design is incredibly newer, a little thinner and somewhat lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note8. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A51 has the older 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Note8 has Android 9.0 Pie.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy Note8 features just a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A51, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a higher pixel density.

Samsung Galaxy A51 takes better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a lot larger sensor which provides a much better image and video quality.

Galaxy A51 features a very superior memory for apps and games than Galaxy Note8, because it has 128 GB internal memory and an external SD slot that allows up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 counts with greater battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note8, because it has a 21% greater battery size.
