The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A51, with a 90.8 score against 85.5. These devices have the same Android 11 OS (operating system). The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a newer phone than Samsung Galaxy A51, although it's a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier. Galaxy S20 FE counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy A51. Both of them have a screen of the same size, the same 1080 x 2400px resolution and the same amount of pixels per screen inch.

The Galaxy S20 FE features a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy A51 counts with just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light images and video, worse 30 frames per second video frame rate and a tinier sensor taking lower quality videos and pictures, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a way more mega-pixels back facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a slightly better memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 FE features a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A51. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A51, giving up a couple features and specifications.
