The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is much better than Samsung Galaxy A51, with a 98 score against 85.5. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Samsung Galaxy A51 has Android 11 version, so it offers lots of additional features. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is better than the Samsung Galaxy A51, we must highlight that it is also a a lot heavier and somewhat thicker phone.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A51, because it has a bit bigger screen, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 and a better pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has slightly more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A51, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much better photos and videos than Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same sensor size, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a larger camera aperture for better low-light images and video and a back facing camera with lot more mega pixels.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with longer battery lifetime than Galaxy A51, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A51. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Galaxy A51, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
