Galaxy S21 Ultra has a score of 98.1, which is better than Galaxy A51's 85.5 global score. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is a newer phone than the Galaxy A51, but it is a lot heavier and somewhat thicker. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 operating system. Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much more vibrant display than Galaxy A51, because it has a better 1440 x 3200 resolution, a little larger display and a higher number of pixels per inch in the display.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has more RAM. Galaxy A51 features much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A51 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB.

The Galaxy S21 Ultra has better battery duration than Galaxy A51, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Galaxy S21 Ultra captures better photos and videos than Galaxy A51, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a camera with way more megapixels, a way larger back camera sensor which gives a much better photo and video quality and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality.

Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy A51. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A51, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
