Galaxy S22 Ultra is better than Galaxy A51, with a global score of 95.4 against 85.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S22 Ultra has the newer 13 version and Galaxy A51 has Android 11, offering some nice extra features. The Galaxy S22 Ultra body is much newer, but thicker and heavier than the Galaxy A51.
Galaxy S22 Ultra has a little better processing power than Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a way better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a bit greater display pixels density, a bit bigger screen and a higher 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a better camera than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a lot better 7680x4320 video resolution, a back camera with a much better resolution, a larger diafragm aperture and a much bigger camera sensor capturing way higher quality videos and photos. The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S22 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB.

Although Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Samsung Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy A51. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Samsung Galaxy A51, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
