Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a score of 85.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy A51's general score of 85.5. The Galaxy S6 Edge is an older device than Galaxy A51, but Samsung managed to build it a little thinner and a lot lighter. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Galaxy S6 Edge has the previous 5.0 version while Galaxy A51 has Android 11.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bit processing unit and an additional graphics processor. Galaxy S6 Edge has a much better looking screen than Galaxy A51, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a higher display density.
Samsung Galaxy A51 takes greater photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a lot larger back camera sensor and a way better resolution back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A51 features a superior battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 54% larger battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy S6 Edge is also a bit cheaper, making it easy to pick between these phones.
