Galaxy A51 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, getting a overall score of 85.5 against 79.5. Galaxy A51's body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S7, but it's somewhat heavier. Galaxy A51 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S7, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Galaxy A51 also has a larger number of cores.
The Galaxy S7 has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy A51, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution. Galaxy A51 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing pictures or videos in low light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a bigger camera sensor and a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
Galaxy A51 features a superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 features improved battery performance than Galaxy S7, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy A51 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Samsung Galaxy S7. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A51, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Samsung Galaxy S7, letting go some features and specifications.
