Comparison review
Galaxy A51 has a general score of 85.5, which is a little bit better than Galaxy S8 Active's 81.9 global score. The Galaxy A51 design is newer, extremely thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy S8 Active. Galaxy S8 Active counts with a little sharper display than Galaxy A51, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater display pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px.
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active's processing unit is just as good as the processing unit in Galaxy A51, they have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount. The Galaxy A51 features a superior memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Galaxy A51 captures much better pictures and videos than Galaxy S8 Active, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not favorable for taking images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a lot better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a much larger sensor taking lot better quality videos and photos.
The Galaxy A51 and the Galaxy S8 Active count with extremely similar batteries.
Samsung Galaxy A51 costs more than the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
