Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A51 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having an 85.5 score against 76.6. Both devices in this comparison review use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A51 has newer 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10 version, providing you a lot of extra features and enhanced performance. Although Samsung Galaxy A51 and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 were only released 5 months apart, Samsung Galaxy A51 is lighter and thinner.
The Galaxy A51 features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy A51 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has a little bit greater pixel quantity per inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy A51 has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that allows up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A51 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing images and video in low-light situations, and they both have a same size back-facing camera sensor and a same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also counts with a much better video definition.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features improved battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a 26 percent greater battery size.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Samsung Galaxy A51 is also cheaper than the other phone, making it an easy choice.
