Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has a general score of 91.3, which is better than the Galaxy A31's global score of 81.3. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has the newer 12 version while Galaxy A31 has Android 10, giving you some nice extra features and improved performance. Even though the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G is a bit heavier than Galaxy A31, it's just a bit thinner and newer.
