Galaxy A52 5G is much better than Galaxy Alpha, with a score of 91.3 against 76.3. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Galaxy A52 5G has older 12 version and Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy A52 5G's construction is noticeably heavier and a lot thicker than Galaxy Alpha. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A52 5G, although it has a way lower resolution of 1280 x 720, a quite inferior quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a much smaller screen.

The Galaxy A52 5G features a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB. Galaxy Alpha counts with a little better performance than Galaxy A52 5G, because although it has 4 less cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.

The Galaxy A52 5G captures much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Galaxy A52 5G also has a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and videos.

The Galaxy A52 5G features a much longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 142% greater battery capacity.
