Samsung Galaxy A52s is just a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, getting a overall score of 91.1 against 85.3. The Samsung Galaxy A52s construction is thicker but lighter than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and they were released only a couple of months apart. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy A52s, because although it has a little worse display density, it also counts with a larger display and a higher 1892 x 2688 resolution.
