HTC U Ultra has a much bigger memory to install applications and games than Galaxy A6, because it has 64 GB internal storage and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
HTC U Ultra's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in Galaxy A6. The HTC U Ultra has a bit better camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a back-facing camera with way less MP and a smaller aperture which is worse for low light images, it also counts with a much better video resolution and a larger sensor which gives a higher photo and video quality.
