Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A6's overall score of 75.8. Although Huawei Mate 20 is better than Samsung Galaxy A6, we must tell that it is also a a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone. The Huawei Mate 20 features a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a higher pixel number per inch of screen, a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2244px and a bigger screen.
Huawei Mate 20 has slightly more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy A6, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate 20 counts with a little better processing power than Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 20 also has 1 GB more RAM.
Huawei Mate 20 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A6, because although it has a much lower resolution back facing camera and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not so good for low light photography and videos, it also counts with a larger sensor taking better quality photographs and a much better (4K) video resolution.
The Huawei Mate 20 has improved battery life than Galaxy A6, because it has a 33% larger battery size.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A6, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
