Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 has a global score of 80.8, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A6's score of 75.8. Despite of the fact the Galaxy S5 is incredibly older and a little thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A6, it's body is still lighter. Galaxy S5 has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a way better pixels density.
Galaxy S5 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy A6, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy S5 also counts with an extra GPU. Samsung Galaxy A6 counts with a better memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5, and although they both have equal 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A6 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 400 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A6 has a bit superior battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S5, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh. Galaxy S5 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy A6, because although it has a much tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos, and they both have a 16 mega pixels resolution camera, the Galaxy S5 also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photographs and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Although Galaxy S5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A6. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S5, otherwise you can save some money and get the Galaxy A6, giving up a couple specifications.
