Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 Active has a global score of 80.9, which is a bit better than the Galaxy A6's score of 75.8. Galaxy S6 Active is a somewhat thicker but notably lighter cellphone than the Galaxy A6. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has a better processing unit than Galaxy A6, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 3 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Active also has a GPU and a 64-bit processing unit.
Galaxy S6 Active counts with a much sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a lot higher quantity of pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy A6 counts with a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S6 Active. Both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A6 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Active, because although it has a tinier camera sensor, and they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A6 also counts with a bigger aperture for better low-light captures and videos.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has just a little bit longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a 17% greater battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 Active is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy A6. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy A6, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
