Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is slightly better than the Galaxy A6, having an 81.9 score against 75.8. The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is an older, incredibly thicker and much heavier cellphone than the Galaxy A6. The Galaxy S8 Active counts with a much more vibrant display than Galaxy A6, because it has a lot better display pixels density, a bit bigger display and a way better 1440 x 2960 resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that admits 144 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy S8 Active features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Active also has more RAM.
Galaxy S8 Active counts with improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a 33 percent larger battery size. The Galaxy S8 Active has a little bit better camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a lot lower resolution back camera, and they both have a same size aperture, the Galaxy S8 Active also counts with a way higher (4K) video resolution and a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs.
Although Samsung Galaxy S8 Active is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A6. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Galaxy A6, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
