Comparison review
Sony Xperia 5 II is better than the Galaxy A6, with an 87.2 score against 75.8. Although Sony Xperia 5 II is a lot newer than the Galaxy A6, it is a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. Sony Xperia 5 II has a superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy A6, and although they both have 8 cores, the Sony Xperia 5 II also has more RAM memory.
The Xperia 5 II features a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A6, because it has a way greater pixel number per screen inch, a quite larger display and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels. Sony Xperia 5 II features a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy A6, because it has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 128 GB internal memory.
Xperia 5 II counts with better battery life than Galaxy A6, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. The Sony Xperia 5 II counts with a much better camera than Galaxy A6, because although it has a much less MP camera, and they both have a F1.7 camera aperture, the Sony Xperia 5 II also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a much bigger camera sensor capturing lot better quality photographs and videos.
Although Xperia 5 II is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A6. If you want to save some money, you can buy Galaxy A6, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
