Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 6 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A6, having a 76.5 score against 75.8. Xiaomi Mi 6's design is a little thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A6, but it is a little heavier and was released just 13 months before. Xiaomi Mi 6 has a bit superior processing unit than Galaxy A6, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy A6, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per screen inch and a better resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The Xiaomi Mi 6 has a slightly bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A6, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 6 has a bit superior battery life than Galaxy A6, because it has 3350mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 6 captures just a bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A6, because although it has a camera with way less megapixels, a tinier aperture and a smaller back-facing camera sensor taking worse quality images and videos, it also counts with a lot better (4K) video definition.
Although Xiaomi Mi 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy A6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Galaxy A6. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy A6, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
