HTC U Ultra is slightly better than the Galaxy A70, getting a 77 score against 76.9. HTC U Ultra's body has the same thickness than the Galaxy A70, but it is just a bit lighter. The Galaxy A70 has a bit superior processing unit than HTC U Ultra, because it has 4 more cpu cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The HTC U Ultra features a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a better pixel density. The HTC U Ultra has a way better camera than Galaxy A70, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light images and video, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a bigger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs.
HTC U Ultra counts with a slightly better memory for apps and games than Galaxy A70, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy A70 has a much better battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Samsung Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A70. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy A70, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
