Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a global score of 82.9, which is slightly better than Galaxy A70's score of 76.9. Despite being the best in this comparison, Huawei Mate 20 Pro is an a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker device than the Galaxy A70. Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit more vivid display than Galaxy A70, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A70. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a way larger sensor which provides a lot higher photo and video quality.
The Galaxy A70 has a superior storage for games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A70 also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A70 counts with a bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy A70. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy A70, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
