Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A70, getting a 78.8 score against 76.9. Both devices we are comparing work with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Microsoft Surface Duo design is newer and incredibly thinner, but heavier than Samsung Galaxy A70.
The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy A70. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 6 GB RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Duo has a little sharper display than Galaxy A70, because it has a just a bit higher pixels count in each inch of display, a bigger screen and a better 1800 x 2700 resolution.
The Microsoft Surface Duo captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy A70, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing photos or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Microsoft Surface Duo also counts with higher 60 fps video frame rates.
The Samsung Galaxy A70 features a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A70 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A70 counts with better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 26% bigger battery capacity.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Samsung Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy A70. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Samsung Galaxy A70, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
