Samsung Galaxy A71 has an overall score of 87.5, which is better than the Samsung Galaxy A70's 76.9 overall score. These phones use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy A71 has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version, providing some extra features. Samsung Galaxy A71's design is newer, a little thinner and a little lighter than the Samsung Galaxy A70.
The Galaxy A71 has a bit better performance than Galaxy A70. Both have 8 CPU cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy A70 and Galaxy A71 count with very similar displays, both have a screen with the same size, a better pixels amount in each inch in the display and the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2400.
Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with as much storage capacity for games and applications as Samsung Galaxy A70, both have an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB and equal internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A71 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for shooting images and video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Galaxy A71 also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and pictures.
The Samsung Galaxy A71's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery life in Galaxy A70.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 costs more than the Galaxy A70, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
