Galaxy Note3 has a global score of 77.7, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A70's global score of 76.9. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Note3 has a more recent 4.4.2 version and Samsung Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and better performance. Galaxy Note3's construction is just a little bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy A70, but it's a bit thicker and was released many years before.
The Galaxy A70 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because it has 4 more cores (although they are slower) and more RAM.
