Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is better than Samsung Galaxy A70's 76.9 global score. Galaxy S6 Edge's design is just a little thinner and incredibly lighter than Samsung Galaxy A70, even though it was released many years before. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy S6 Edge has an older 5.0 version and Samsung Galaxy A70 has Android 10.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A70, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy A70, because although it has a really smaller screen, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixel quantity in each screen inch.
The Galaxy S6 Edge features a much better camera than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for low light images and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures.
Samsung Galaxy A70 has a much greater storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A70 also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Galaxy A70 has a very superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A70. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy A70, and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
