Comparison review
The Galaxy S7 edge has a general score of 78.1, which is a bit better than Galaxy A70's 76.9 score. Despite of the fact that the Galaxy S7 edge is noticeably older than Galaxy A70, it's construction is a bit thinner and lighter. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S7 edge has 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version.
Samsung Galaxy A70 features a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (although slower). Galaxy S7 edge features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy A70, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a better pixels density.
The Galaxy A70 has a superior storage for games and applications than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage capacity. The Galaxy A70 features better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Galaxy S7 edge counts with a way better camera than Galaxy A70, and although they both have the same aperture, the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy S7 edge also has a bigger sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.
Although Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it is a little more expensive than Galaxy A70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A70. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Galaxy A70, giving up some features and specs.
