Comparison review
The Sony Xperia Z3 is slightly better than the Galaxy A70, getting a global score of 77.3 against 76.9. Even though Sony Xperia Z3 is way older and somewhat thicker than Galaxy A70, it's body is still a little bit lighter. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but Sony Xperia Z3 has the newer 4.4.4 version and Galaxy A70 has Android 10 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features and improved performance.
Xperia Z3 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has 3 GB less RAM and lesser cpu cores , it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The Sony Xperia Z3 has a much better display than Galaxy A70, because although it has a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a really smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per display inch.
The Galaxy A70 counts with much more memory to store more games and applications than Xperia Z3, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage. Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light images and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Sony Xperia Z3 also counts with a larger sensor taking better quality pictures.
The Galaxy A70 has a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 41% bigger battery capacity.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing here, the Xperia Z3 is also by far the cheapest.
