Comparison review
Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is just a bit better than the Asus ROG Phone 7's 81.2 general score. Galaxy A71 is an older cellphone than the Asus ROG Phone 7, but Samsung made it notably thinner and incredibly lighter anyway. Both devices we compare here use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A71 has the older 11 version and Asus ROG Phone 7 has Android 13 version.
Galaxy A71 features a much faster CPU than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Galaxy A71 features a little sharper display than Asus ROG Phone 7, although it has a much lower 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, a just a bit less pixels per screen inch and a quite smaller display.
The Asus ROG Phone 7 has a superior memory capacity for apps and games than Galaxy A71, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 384 GB more internal storage capacity. Asus ROG Phone 7 features better battery duration than Galaxy A71, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 has just a bit better camera than Asus ROG Phone 7, because although it has a tinier camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also counts with a much higher resolution camera and better 30 frames per second video frame rate.
