Comparison review
Google Pixel 5 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A71, having a general score of 89 against 87.5. Even though the Google Pixel 5 and the Samsung Galaxy A71 were released with only 9 months difference, the Google Pixel 5 construction is lighter but also a little thicker. The Google Pixel 5 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy A71, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a little lower 1080 x 2340px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display.
Galaxy A71 features a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Google Pixel 5, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A71 also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Google Pixel 5 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy A71, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 5 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy A71 shoots better photos and videos than Google Pixel 5, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also counts with a much more megapixels back camera and a way larger sensor.
The Galaxy A71 has a little better battery life than Google Pixel 5, because it has a 10 percent more battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel 5 is a better device, it costs more money than Galaxy A71, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A71. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Google Pixel 5, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Galaxy A71, letting go some specs and features.
