Comparison review

Galaxy A71 is better than HTC One M9, getting an 87.5 score against 77.7. Galaxy A71's body is newer and much thinner, but also heavier than the HTC One M9. Both phones we compare here use Android OS, but Galaxy A71 has the newer 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0. HTC One M9 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a really smaller display and a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per screen inch.

The HTC One M9 features just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy A71 shoots a lot better photographs and videos than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a bigger camera aperture, a lot larger back camera sensor shooting way better quality photos and videos and a camera with a way better resolution.

Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a much better storage for games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A71 features a much better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 58 percent more battery size.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the HTC One M9, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
