Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is much better than Huawei Mate 20's global score of 79.5. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A71 has an older 11 version and Huawei Mate 20 has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy A71's construction is newer, a bit thinner and just a little lighter than Huawei Mate 20.
The Huawei Mate 20 has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A71, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy A71, although it has a just a little lower pixels density, a bit lower 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution and a bit smaller display.
Galaxy A71 features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy A71 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy A71 counts with a bit superior battery life than Huawei Mate 20, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
Galaxy A71 features a greater camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy A71 also has a lot better resolution back camera and a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
Even being the best phone in this comparison, Galaxy A71 is also a bargain compared to the other phones, which makes it a great choice.
