Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy A71 has a more recent 11 version while LG G3 has Android 5.0, so it provides you some extra features and enhanced performance. The Galaxy A71 design is way newer and thinner than LG G3's, but it's also heavier.

LG G3 features a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a higher pixels density. The LG G3 features a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processor.

The Galaxy A71 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G3, because it has 96 GB more internal memory and a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy A71 features a much better camera than LG G3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has a much bigger sensor shooting way higher quality videos and pictures, a way larger aperture to take better low-light captures and videos and a back camera with a much higher resolution.

The Galaxy A71 counts with a way better battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G3.
