Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is a bit better than LG Velvet's 87.1 overall score. Galaxy A71 is a just a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter phone than LG Velvet, although they were released only a few months apart. LG Velvet has a little faster processor than Galaxy A71. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM amount.
LG Velvet counts with a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A71, because it has a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, a little bigger display and a bit greater display density. LG Velvet has a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A71, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG Velvet also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a little better battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy A71 features a little bit better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rate and a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the Galaxy A71 also has a camera with a much better resolution and a bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting better quality photographs and videos.
Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG Velvet. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy A71, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG Velvet, resigning a couple specifications.
